11. Account Suspension & Closure

fb773 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; regulatory direction from PAGCOR; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's own breach of these Terms, fb773 may forfeit the wallet balance after completing a mandatory investigation period of up to 60 days, during which the Player has the right to make a written representation to fb773 support. Where an account is closed at fb773's discretion in the absence of Player breach, the remaining wallet balance (excluding active bonus funds) shall be returned to the Player via their last registered payment method.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly maintenance deduction of ₱50 after a 90-day written notice period. Account holders may reactivate their account at any time by logging in, at which point no further deductions will be applied.

12. Amendments to These Terms

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought before the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, to whose exclusive jurisdiction both parties irrevocably submit, save where PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution procedures mandate an alternative forum.
